You received your videos via digital download…now what? 🧐 We’ll walk you through how to save your video and how to share it on social media accounts. Ready? Let’s get into it.
DOWNLOADING TO YOUR COMPUTER
When you receive an email that we have shared your video/videos with you via google drive make sure you:
- Click the link in the email.
- Click the video you want to save to your computer.
- Right click that video.
- Click “download”.
- Video will download to your computer. When download is complete you will see it in your download folder (or wherever you select to save it).
DOWNLOADING TO YOUR PHONE
When you receive an email that we have shared your video/videos with you via google drive make sure you:
- Click the link in the email.
- Open via Google Drive app. If you do not have the app please install on your phone wherever you install apps (iPhone: app store, Andriod: Play Store).
- Select the “…” button.
- Click “save video”.
- Video will download to your camera real.
Once your video/videos are saved it’s always a good idea to back them up by saving to any of the following: usb thumb drive, cd, external drive, or other cloud based options. Please note, we are not responsible for lost media once delivered via digital download.
